How about Luigi funds out that he got Daisy pregnant, and also contracted aids. he then goes about trying to finda a cure, and finds the cure in the form of a bullet to the brain,lol, Luigi is owned.
You should have Mario run into the castle and find Luigi in the cage.
Why don't you have Luigi vs. The Giant Question Mark Block? I'm sure there's a lot of things that could potentially come out of it. (Pun fully intended.)
Luigi walks into a Goomba and does an epic, slow-mo 360 jump which is successful for the Goomba but jumps over the ledge.
Luigi finds a Poison Mushroom disguised as a Mushroom, eats it, and has an O.D. attack.
